Process Serving

We offer process serving and legal courier services throughout the Greater Toronto Area and southern Ontario.  Our process servers regularly serve documents to law firms, government agencies, individual members of the public, major corporations, and small businesses.

At TPS we believe that every serve should be treated as urgent, and as such we try our best to have your serves attempted on the same day as we receive them. IMMEDIATE RUSH fees apply for any serve that must be attempted on same day we receive it, while standard RUSH fees apply to any services which must be attempted by the following business day.

Like most companies in our industry, we do charge a fee for mileage. Our set amount is $1.25/KM. The Kilometers are calculated from our office in downtown Toronto to the location of service, and you only pay one-way (no return fee).

We offer a variety of different searches to suit your legal needs. In addition to litigation and writ searches which can be performed at court, we also offer the following:

Corporate searches are performed by searching the public record for entities that are or have been incorporated in the specified jurisdiction. These searches can generally include the following corporate information: incorporated, continued or amalgamated entities; extra-provincial corporations carrying on business in Ontario; both for-profit and not-for-profit organizations and corporations enacted by special acts.  

Address searches are performed through our Integrated Secure Service to deliver up-to-date and reliable Address and License information. These reports can be used to help track down evasive parties and aid in drafting detailed Affidavits of Attempted Service when necessary.
